It was a frosty morning but perfect for running the trail. We were pleasantly surprised to see Pocahontas pull in for the workout. This is prime hunting time but he had other obligations that precluded hunting so he joined us.
There was a lot of initial mumble chatter but we finally got the show on the road.
Warm-a-rama: SSH, Toy Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Abe Vigoda, BSE, Calf Stretch, Mountain Climbers
We ran the trail across the river to Industrial Drive, back under the overpass, and along the river to the Bartram Trail parking lot for a round trip of 3 miles. It was a beautiful morning with mist rising over the river, heavy frost on the marsh, and perfectly blue skies.

We all went to Four Twelve for coffeeteria. Myra first picked up his M and 2.0 to join us. It was his 2.0’s first debut with the F3 gang. The General also made his usual stop to see us.
