Imperial Walkers, Plank Jacks, Arm Circles (10 forward and back OYO), Merkins, Toy Soldiers, Mountain Climbers, Abe Vagotas, Peter Parkers, Grass Pickers, Mountain climbers, Huggy Bears. Moseyed to the field next to the parking lot.
The “Thang”
We started on one side of the field. Did 1
Merkin, Ran across to the other side 50 yards and did 2 Merkins. Rinsed and repeated until we reached 10 merkins.
Planked for the 6
Ran around the back of the park and met at the basketball court. Planked for the 6.
Started at one end of the court, Bear Crawled to half court, Did 5 Burpees, Bear Crawled back, did 4 Burpees. Rinsed and repeated until we reached 1 Burpee.
Moseyed to the Coupons area.
Each pax did 20 Curls, Overhead Presses and Squats using the coupons.
Moseyed to the shovel Flag for 6 minutes of Mary.
