thang: Uptown Girl 50, we started out in the parking lot at about 35 yards, ground was quite wet with rain continuing to fall so we modified to the pavilion. (same routine but about 25 yards instead of 50, we did 10 merkins on one side and 10 Burpees on other)
10 Merkins and then travel 50 yards via the instructions on the first cone to the next cone; 10 Merkins and repeat until all 10 modes of travel were completed — Broad-jump Burpees, Nur, Crab Walk, Partner Carry 1 and 2, Lunge Walk, Wheelbarrow partner 1 and 2, AYG (sprint), Bear Crawl. Total of 100 Merkins. (we ended up with 50 merkens/50 Burpees)
We had some extra time due to modification, so we did Motivators from 5, wall sits, dips, step-ups, & Irkens.
