Conditions: 66°, cool and calm, not a cloud in the sky, BEHOLD His creation! 4 posted this morning to the longest day if the year. After quick warmups, Hotshot rucked while the the remainder conquered the Sauerkraut to 100 routine, accompanied by a handful of Rabbit/Fox sprints to keep us humble. In addition to physical challenges, we had some lively mumblechatter along the way. Back to the shovel flag for CoR, NoR, CoT, to take on the day. We burned our lungs and legs, shared our hearts, and it’s barely 7am!
