Six PAX posted for a twilight workout. It’s time to kick it into gear as several of us need to prepare for an upcoming triathlon.
Warm-a-rama: SSH, Abe Vigoda, Hillbillies, Grass Pickers, Merkins, Calf Stretch, BSE, Mountain Climbers
The Thang — The Cooper
Run a lap — from the bandstand down to the corner of Island and Park, back up the trail by the river
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Squats
- 10 Merkins
Run another lap; complete 9 reps of each exercise; run lap, continue to ladder down to 2 reps of each. You know you need more cardio when you’d gladly do more burpees and merkins rather than run a lap!
