  3. Bonnie Blair’s/ American Lunges
  4. Kettlebell swings/ American Hammers
  5. T-Merkins
  6. Squat Calf Raise/ Deadlifts
  7. Carolina Dry Docks/ Mountain Climbers
  8. Curl presses/ Squat Curl Press

Penalty burpees, twice around the circle

Farmers Carry down and back, alternating sides.
