02/19/2022 - Bee Hive - The Beatdown that almost wasn’t!!

We had a weird start to the beatdown. Mainly because I didn’t check on GroupMe!! Lesson learned, always check in on the chat.

Looked like we wouldn’t have a beatdown. Since I was there, I took a mosey to the coupons and hit the football field.

Just barely got started when I saw the clan Knievel coming to save the day. Ok, so we messed up and didn’t have a warmup or disclaimer. But we had a great beatdown!

The Thang – Cinderblocks on the football field. Sarting at the 1 yard line. We did an exercise for 20 reps then run to the opposite end zone and back. High knees with the cinder block for 10 yards and do another exercise. We did merkins, squats, derkins, shoulder press, triceps dips, forward lunges and curls for the girls. We did merkins, shoulder presses and curls twice. Once we worked our way to the opposite end zone we did a set of 10 burpees to celebrate!

Fit in with the perfect amount of time and headed over to the pavilion for Mary. Did 7 core exercises and wrapped up.

COR, NOR and ended with the COT!

It was a really good workout on the fly.
