Warmup: Neck rolls, Trunk rolls, SSH IC, IW IC, Lunges IC, Batwings with air presses added and Merkins. Mosey to football field.
The Thang: The Beast. 6 exercises at 6 stops for 6 reps each stop. Used football field and set up 4 cones from one end to the other, about 25 yards apart. Start at first cone, run to next, do 6 reps, run to next, do 6 reps, rinse and repeat. Exercises included Merkins, Big Boy Sit ups, Squats, Dry Docks, LBCs and Burpees. 36 reps of each exercise.
Had some time remaining so we did a curl burnout of 50 reps and 10 pull ups. Mosey back to shovel flag for a couple of rounds of Mary.
