Christmas season is upon us, and the PAX are ready for the classic 12 days of F3 workout!
Warm-a-rama at death valley, and then we got right into it.
The thang: On the bandstand. Concept is to do 12 total round of exersises. Starting with one rep of the first exersise, then adding two reps of the 2nd exersise and so forth. The 12th round consists of 12 reps of the 12th exersise, 11 reps of 11th exersise, 10 reps of #10 all the way down to 1 rep of that first exersise.

#6 – Monkey Humpers
#7 – Merkins (IC)
#8 – Peter Parkers
#9 – Dips (IC)
#10 – 10 second plank (each PAX count)
#11 – Jump squats
#12 – Flutter kicks (in honor of Klinger)
