It was just me for the workout in the Gloom. So I didn’t waste the opportunity. I accepted the disclaimer. Warmup was the usual neck rolls, trunk rolls, Huggies bears, grass pickers, Peter Parkers, the three of us (me myself and I) moseyed to the bball court where the Thang was to commence. A series of suicides where I ran and stopped to do ascending burpies starting with one at each stop and increasing to a to total of 10 rounds. Merry at the end and followed up with Countarama and name arama. In all seriousness I also took advantage of a quiet mild morning to lift all my brothers in F3 up in prayer for 15 min. It was an awesome start to the day.
