The Thang: 10 stations with prescribed exercise and number of reps. 1) Curls 25 2) Ab Pistons 50 3) WWI situps 30 4) Clean & Press 20 5) Dips 30 6) Kettlebell swings 20 7) 7/7/7 merkins 8) Shoulder press 20 9) Pull ups 10 10) Box jumps 10 – We got through 2 rounds and headed back to shovel flag.
