My first Q at Steel Town.GREAT PAX.Started with disclaimer as usual,accepted.Warmup:StretchesETC. ending with motivators.The Thang:Mosey to pavillion,Irish joke,Exercises:20 step ups,20 durkins,20 dips.Out and back mosey about half mile.Again at pavillion,another lame joke and more exercises:20 squats,20 in and outs,20 irkens.Mosey back to parking lot.Partner up,5 stations with coupons,AKA cinder blocks.One partner worked the block,the other exercised without the block.Stations as follows:1.25 overhead press,partner hand release merkins.2.25 squats with block,partner does LBCs.3.25 curls,partner does overhead claps.4:25 rows with coupon,partner holds blank.5:twisting,over the shoulder squats with coupon.Partner does freddie mercuries.We all did one complete round and one more mosey ro pavillion.Exercises:dips,durkins and step ups.Finally back to parking lot and a short round of Mary.Excellent COT,awesome men.Thank you for the privilege to lead today,Long Haul.
