Had a great night weather wise for a trail run to prep for the upcoming Spring Chicken 5K!
Warm-a-rama: Arm Circles, Trunk Rolls, Abe Vigoda, Toy Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Calf Sterch, BSE, Plank Jacks
The Thang:
Started out on an approx 2.8 mile trail run.
Made some stops for the following: Dips, Derkins, Wall Sits, American Hammers, Incline Merkins, Freddy Mercury, Balls to the wall.
We sort of freaked out a runner as we were doing balls to the wall. She said she didn’t know if we were doing yoga or what was going on. lol
COT: Men’s breakfast at TBC on 4/20. Life Choices Spring Chicken 5K on 4/27. Prayer for a friend of Pocahontas.
Few of the pax went to Copperz for dinner and fellowship.
