Disclaimer given and accepted.Warmarama done.The Thang:Blimps around the parking lot burpees,lunges,Imperial walkers,merkins,plank jacks,squats while one pax ran around the parking lot and up the hill.Pax alternated as runners.Next to the pavillion and the benches.5 merkins on the ground then 5 dips on the seat,then 5in and outs on the table top,we did a sequence of 10,15,20 of each exercise.Next run to the corner.Our rabbit,Pistol calls an exercise,when 6 arrives we did side straddle burpees,5,19,15 of each then arm circles.Next we ran to the BB court.Pistol called plank,then suicides back and forth on the court,doing a sequence of 20,30,40 lbcs between runs,then over head claps.Next we ran to the corner and did motivators down from 7 and 10 Kasey Kassems.Then we ran up the hill and did 40 monkey humpers and 10 huggie bears.Finally back to the flag completing our road run beatdown.Just enough time for Mary.Last COT and picture and best of all coffeteria.Thanks gents,a privelege to Q,Long Haul.
