What a beautiful Spring day! 70+ degrees; quite a different feeling working out in bright sunshine and warm temperatures. Eight PAX posted for a fun afternoon workout in the park.

The Thang — workout borrowed from F3 Chicago
Aim to complete 50 reps of each exercise with a caveat — each PAX has option to yell done one time to end the rep count; this was used a few times. After each exercise, complete 5 Burpees and run around the tennis court
- Merkins
- Big Boy Sit ups
- Squats
- Shoulder Taps (IC)
- Flutter Kicks (IC)
- Lunges (IC)
- LBC (IC)
- Plank (10-count all around)
T0tal of 50 reps each (or a few less in some cases), 40 Burpees, and 8 running laps
COT: The General joined us at the end of the workout; prayers for Potsie’s family with loss of his father-in-law; prayers for friends of Potsie who lost their son, prayers for friend of Pocahontas who lost his wife to cancer, Praise for healthy birth of Myra’s nephew
