04/13/2024 - Bee Hive - Shoot it’s Ladders!!

Still cold and wet. Can’t wait to wear shorts again in the gloom. Knocked out the disclaimer and got right down to business.

Warmup: Some basic jogging moves back and forth across the parking lot. Jog, Karaoke, Butt Kickers, Walking Soldiers and Backwards. Finished warm up with Bat Wings to 20 for each move.

The Thang: Ladders in different places with coupons. For those that don’t know a ladder is 2 moves starting with 11 reps of 1 move and 1 rep of the other. Then 10-2, 9-3 and so on until you are at 1-11.

First pavilion – Pull ups and Straight Leg Dead Lifts (SLDLs)

The Stage – Clean & Press and Merkins

Last Pavilion – Curls and Calf Raises plus some murder bunnies as we traveled for the last rep.

Got back with just enough time for a little Mary. COR, NOR and COT. Then off to the diner!!
