What happens when you have a creative minded Q doing his VQ? He looks to the massive array of exercises in the Exicon and picks some the PAX haven’t heard of or done before and he creates some new ones of his own! (Heinie Flies, Toy Soldier Stein Holders & Squiggly Wigglies) Coupons were brought and carried throughout. Moans & groans were from the start were a good sign that we were off to a good start and also called for some modifying. Manna, Daily Bread, spiritual food and commentary were delivered with each exercise.

You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.”

Exercise 4: Man Maker Merkins x5 ea side – We are God’s temple 1 Corinthians 3:16, NLT “Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?”

Exercise 5: Sledge Hammers – We are citizens of Heaven Philippians 3:20, NLT “But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior.”

Exercise 6: Dealer’s Choice starting with Aussie snow angels – We are salt, light, & a city on a hill Matthew 5:13-16, NLT “You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless.
