Keep watch for the Burpee pain train
Warm up:
Imperial walkers, SSHs, grass pickers, goofballs, Speed skaters, speed skaters with lunge, plank jacks, peter parkers, parker peters, Mountain climbers, stretch
Mosey around parking lot 2x. Bring sand bag and coupon to bench
The Thang:
One PAX does below exercises and rest of PAX alternates (deconstructed burpee) In and Outs, Merkins, Jump squats:
10 x Over the shoulder thrusters w coupon
10 each side x shoulder press with coupon. Put coupon down and jump over it……repeat.
10 x Slow sandbag squat and jump over coupon-
The Burpee Pain Train cruised by so we did 10 Burpees.
Sandbag and coupon workout:
Everyone in line in plank position. We split up in two groups. Group 1-
First guy Squats with sandbag for 10. When done, first guy moseys to the back and planks. Everyone bear crawls up.
Group 2-
10 x blockees
-The men in line did different exercises, shoulder taps, Vups, LBCs, low plank, side plank
One PAX was late so we did penalty Burpees. There wasn’t enough time for Mary.
