Six PAX gathered for an evening workout at the Grill. It is nice to see the daylight lengthening as we have a little more light each week.
Warm-a-rama: Mosey to “Death Valley” for Arm Circles, Imperial Walkers, Abe Vigoda, Merkins, BSE, Calf Stretch, Side Lunges
Mosey to the playground
The Thang
Split into two groups; while one group ran a lap up the stairs to Franklin Street, down to the pool parking lot, and back to the playground, the other group did the listed exercise. Switch groups; continue for 3 rounds:
- Merkins
- LBCs
- Squats
After running laps, we moved to the following:
- Partner up to do assisted Pull ups (AMRAP)
- Ab Rollouts on the swings
- Under dogs
- Kraken Burpees (3 Hand-Release Merkins in stead of just one Merkin)
- Twinkle Toes (Al Gore/Calf Raise)
- Dips
