Warm-up: IC x 10: huggy bears, overhead claps, hill Billys, toy soldiers, grass pickers, Freddie Mercury, monkey humpers, low plank Peter Parkers, calf raises, imperial walkers.

Mosey around the circle.

The Thang: “Round and Round.” In a circle, Q leads a set of 10 reps of an exercise, and then each PAX repeats same reps of same exercise.  Recovery lap between each round. Exercises included; bat wings, motivators, plank progression, burpees, Merkins with recovery exercises.  Recovery exercises included Michael Phelps, seal claps, back scratchers, and broga included warrior 1, 2, and 3.
