08/05/2023 - Grill - Reverse Pyramid

9 PAX were brave enough to show up for my VQ “Reverse Pyramid” beat down.  It looked and sounded much easier on paper then it turned out to be in reality!

Warm-a-rama: mosey to “Death Valley” for left and right Cross Body Shoulder Stretch, Abe Vigoda, Grass Pickers, BSE, Plank Jacks, Toy Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, and Motivators.

The Thang:

Started with an Indian run 3/4 of the way around the park. (heard some faint whining)   Moseyed down the steps to the first base foul line.  Crab walked to the outfield, (more whining) then nur back to the the foul line.  Next, right karaoke to the outfield and left karaoke back.  Circled up and did left and right side planks to a count of 10 by each PAX.

Next up was the start of the “Reverse Pyramid”.  Did the following 4 sets in succession, starting at one progressing to 10 (in cadence),

Q point (much needed break) on peaks and valleys by Potsie.

Moseyed back to pavilion and started the next set of 4 “Reverse Pyramid”  exercises in cadence.

COT:  Myra continued to promote the fantasy football league  and brought up the men’s conference in Baltimore.

Prayers for Picasso’s shoulder, the safe travel back for the youth from Ohio, mental health, and praise for Coal Cracker’s happy dance for stress relief caused by a job change.
