During the week I found out that the Iron Pax Challenge was over and in my opinion it didn’t get a proper send off so I introduced the Revenge of the Kraken since we didn’t get enough of then in week 4 of IPC

Warm-up: neck rolls, trunk rolls, grass pickers, imperial walkers, modified Peter Parkers( high plank, low plank, alternating IC), Abe Vicodas, 7 motivators.
Mosey to couponville, collect coupons and then mosey to the hill.
The Thang: Revenge of the Kraken. 5 min counter brings in the kraken which is 3 hand release merkins followed up by a jump up burpee style. Once timer goes off you do 5 krakens. The exercises consisted of 5 rounds. Start at bottom of the hill do exercise with coupon then transport coupon to the top of the hill do the same exercise and then transport coupon to bottom of the hill which completes the round
Round 1 – (10) BDE Burpees which are merkin to Bonnie Blair to squat to jump for 1
Round 2 – (20) WW3 which are press sit up and over head press with coupon for 1
Round 3 – (30) Thrusters which are squat and then over head press with coupon for 1
Round 4.- (40) Goblin Squats with coupon
Round 5 – (50) Alternate left/right of coupon for Staggered Merkins. In essence 25 merkins on each side of the coupon.
Finished up with two Krakens IC to put them to bed for a while and say good bye to the IPC for another year.
Mosey to return coupons then Mosey Back to flag for a little bit of Merry consisting of stretches (especially the world’s greatest one)
Countarama, Namearama, and COT.
