Dropbox and downsize arrive 1.25 miles mid way into their run at 5:30 am for a warm up. Did ankle rolls, hip stretch (lean forward and touch toes) 30 seconds, shoulder shrugs, (reverse), arm circles in cadence, merkins 10 in cadence.
Thang: 3.7 mile run back towards apartments, around them, around Weis and back towards Willow. Back by 6:15.
