The Thang:
The Q heard someone across the F3 nation say “a workout is like recess for grown men”, so I thought I would play some games. None of which were every played in actual recess.
The first “game” was Bear Hunt. The PAX partnered up. We lined up in the parking lot, just after the flag pole. P1 would sprint to the far end of the parking lot, while P2 would bear crawl in the opposite direction (away from P1). On P1’s return they would “hunt” or sprint too P2. Once P1 re-united with P2 high knees back to the starting line. Partners switch position and repeat.
After 1 round of Bear Hunt the PAX took a short mosey to under the pavilion aka the dealers table.
The second “game” was Deck of Despair. Pretty simple to understand, not simple to execute. The Q is the dealer armed with a deck of playing cards. The dealer flips a card for each PAX. The number represents the reps and the suit represents the exercise. Face cards are 10. Ace’s are 10 Burpees!
Suits: Hearts = DIPs ; Diamonds=No Surrenders ; Spades= Merican Jacks ; Clubs= Muhktars
The PAX alternated between rounds of Bear Hunt and Deck of Despair. There were 3 rounds of Bear Hunt and 2.5 rounds of Deck of Despair. The fourth and final Ace was pulled to complete the final half round of Deck of Despair!

COT, Count Off, Name O-Rama, announcements, prayer, and picture.
