Morning Call: 2 groups — hold plank while each in turn does 5 Pull ups (2 rounds)
Rampage: Start at top of hill by the playground; do 1 Burpee, Bear Crawl down the hill and do 2 Burpees, Crawl-Bear or Bear Crawl back up for 3 Burpees; continue until we do 6 Burpees
Head to the pavilion for a Q Point minute on Candor by Potsie
Back to the basket ball court:

Abyss Merkins: 2 Groups — while PAX do step ups, one PAX from each group does 5 Abyss Merkins (3 rounds)
Caterpillar: All PAX plank with ~ 3 feet between each PAX; one PAX Box Jumps over the other PAX and then takes his place in line holding plank; each PAX completed 2 sets of jumps
