The Thang  – Mosey to BB Court

I. Alan Iverson (was supposed to be 50 for the ’11’ 50 point games he scored but we did 10 for each guy)- . Length of basketball court. Line up at first cone do 80 lbc’s then run to second cone do 80 squats back to first do 80 flutter kicks(each leg) then end back at second to finish off with 80 lunges(40 each leg).

II. Mosey to Pavilion –  Alan Iverson 22 practice

Perform all exercises to 22

-Step ups, Dips,  Shoulder taps

-Step ups, Dips, Shoulder taps

REST – 30 seconds

– In outs, Low Plank, Incline Merken,

– in outs, Low PlanK, Incline Merken
