Warm up
Mosey around ring, meet at parking lot.
Plank race. Split up in two teams. Men in plank side by side. The last man runs to the front and then planks. The light pole was the finish line. The first team to plank to the light pole wins!
Mosey to edge of park and Bear Crawl down the hill.
CD player game. We ran around the gazebo. I say Play, the men run around the gazebo. Fast forward = run faster. Rewind= run backwards.
