The THANG:
The Q had each PAX pick there favorite stationary exercise. The plan is to ladder these 7 exercises up to 10. We would mosey after each round of exercises halfway around the circle (.1 mile). After the mosey we would do another round of the same exercises, but the rep would increase by 1.
