Warm up: huggy bears, IW, Toy Soldiers, side lunge, squat, shoulder taps, mountain climbers,  merkens, SSH

Thang:

10 Exercises per round, 10 Reps per exercise (cadence).

 

Run a lap after each round: Around Park Circle back to pavilion, about 0.20  mile.  Rinse and Repeat as many rounds as you can accomplish in 40 minutes.

  3. Dips
  4. Plank Jacks
  5. Squats
  6. Mountain Climbers
  7. Lunges
  8. SSH
  9. Flutter Kicks
  10. Merkens
