- 10 yards; 10 Burpees
Mosey to the pavilion
- 15 Russian Dips (IC)
- 10 PCMBs (Prisoner Cell Merkin Burpees)
Mosey to end of the ball field by Island Street
Quadraphilia: This was the first time we tried this routine and it was a good one! We “NURed” up a fairly short but steep hill and ran back down. Repeat and continue for 4 minutes. Fairly quickly our NURs turned into KLAWs (walk backwards) as our leg muscles screamed. This exercise will definitely be repeated at the Grill.
Walk Like an Egyptian: our legs didn’t get enough abuse so we lined up and took one lunge forward. The guy at the end then ran to the front of the line and we all recovered and then took our next lunge forward until the next guy sprinted to the front. We did 2 or 3 rounds of this. By the time we all started to get the hang of it we stopped.
