None of us are jealous of the 3 hour drive our brethren woke up way to early for to their Triathlon sprint in NJ.
Warm-a-rama: Worked on stretching out the arms, shoulders and legs. Lots of merkins incoming.
Tha Thang:
Ascending exercise strategy, 8 stations around the park (mainly close to the river). Start with exercise 1 at the first station. At station two, redo exercise 1 and add #2. Station three: exercise 1, 2 and 3. All the way up to 8 exercises at station 8.

- Big Boy Sit-ups – 10 straight up
- Monkey Humpers – 10 IC
- Staggered Merkins – 5 each arm
- Box Cutters – 10 IC
- Jump Squats – 20 straight up
- Dips – 20 straight up
- 50 American Hammers IC
Finish with 10 pullups and a round of Mary.
