The Thang: Weighted exercises with 30lbs. 20 reps, 10 steps ups, 20 more reps of same exercise.  Exercises included: thrusters, curls, back flys, back rows, chest flys, skull crushers, and one-legged glut bridge bench press.

Dips and derkins: 2 sets of 15 and 10 reps.  Night clubs and huggy bears IC x 10. 2 sets of 10 underdogs.

Mary: plank, WGS, American hammers, big boys, half-superman, and pull-ups x 3-5.
