Warm-up: Beckenbauer with jogging, side shuffle, butt kickers, high knees, bending, skipping, karaoke, backwards jogging, and 30-30-30s.

Exercises IC x 15: air press, circle arms, Abe Vigodas, toy soldiers, monkey humpers, ski jump, SSH.

The Thang: Mosey to pull-up pavilion: Dead hang with partner.

Mosey to playground: divide into 3 groups. 2 rotations through pull-ups, rings, and underdogs.

Mosey to coupon parking lot.  Coupon exercises x 15 reps included: WWIII, thrusters, curls, staggered Merkins, Swings, back rows, and squats.  Jump rope and bucket carry between sets.

Stretching: pigeon pose, partner pulls, WGS, hurdlers stretch, pretzel, and penalty byrpees.

COT: COR, NOR, announcements,prayer, and team picture.
