Enjoyed the pause between thunderstorms.

Goal: 2 miles of running, 100 pull-ups, 200 Merkins, 300 squats in one hour.

Method: Slice-and-dice according to one’s own plan; OYO.  GO!

Results:

Slice: completed in 47.03.

Capone: completed in 61 minutes.

Spoiler: completed in 44.46.

Sooner: completed.

Milestone: completed all the exercises and 1.5 miles.

Knievel: completed.

Downsize completed.

Long Haul: completed.

Dr. Luck: 40 short on the pull-ups.

Ranger Rick: completed.

Dr. Seuss: completed.

Biscuit: completed.

Copay: completed.

CoT.  Did a poor job of this because I’ve been thinking too much about the subject.

NB: This is just me, but I think that we could get a better result by swapping out the patriotic music for a bunch of Donna Summer.  If she can’t get a man moving, it’s because he’s dead.
