Warm up

20 Burpee’s, followed by: SS Hops, Grass Pickers, Arm Circles, Abe vagotas, Imperial Walkers, Trunk Rolls and stretching

The Thang!,,

3-Five then Bear Crawl beat down!! We did 3 exercises in a row 5 count each ( either strait or in cadence) followed by a 30 yard bear crawl. Increased the reps by 5 after each set. 1ST. we started with Merkins- shoulder taps and a half burpee – Bear crawled

We performed a total of 12 different exercises( 4 rounds ) and bear crawled for over 120 yards plus 2 moseyed laps around the park.

finished with 4 minutes of Mary.

countOramma, NameOramma and C.O.T good mumble chatter at Coffateria afterwards.
