The Thang: Partner exercise. One partner with two 15 or 25 lbs. dumbbells, other partner movement across parking lot, 10 LBCs, return to partner and flap jack. Weighted exercises: curls, thrusters, back fly, chest fly, skull crushers, squats, lateral raises, and man makers. Movements included: side shuffle, karaoke, backwards jog, bear crawl, skipping, butt kickers, and high knees.
COT: COR, NOR, announcements, prayer and naming of FNGs.
