The Thang: 5 rounds of 5 exercises broken up by high knees jogging in place for 60 Sec. Round one was 10merkins and 20 squats Round two was 20 squats and 15 butterfly sit-ups with brick coupons. Round 3 was 15 butterfly sit-ups with brick coupons and 15 dips. Round four was 15 dips and 5 burpies. Round 5 was 5 burpies and 15 monkey humpers.
