Mosey to first bridge.  The Thang: Mini-manniversary bridge beatdown.

Leg station: IC x 10-30. 2 sets of steps up, squats, calf raises.

Mosey to second bridge: arm station.  IC x 10 – 30.  2 sets of Derkins, dips, bat wings.

Mosey to coupons station.  OYO x 10-30. 2 sets of man-makers, thrusters, and curls.

Mosey to 3rd bridge. IC x 10-20 abs station. 2 sets of flutter kicks, box cutters, American hammers.

Mosey to 4th bridge. Cardio station – burpee challenge. Each man did 40 burpees.
