It was a slim turnout as a number of the PAX were away for various reasons but a core group posted for an inspiring workout.
Warm-a-rama: mosey to “Death Valley”; Arm Circles, Trunk Rolls, Abe Vigoda, Toy Soldiers, Side Lunges, BSE, Mountain Climbers
Mosey back to the shovel flag and pick up a set of bricks for each PAX
The Thang: Micah 6:8 which happens to be my life verse and which I had turned into a workout a couple of years ago

O Man: 10 Manmakers
Good: Greta 1-2-3 — partner up; while one man runs out around the scoreboard and back carrying bricks, the other does the prescribed exercises with bricks. Reps are cumulative for the pair.
- 100 Step Ups
- 200 American Hammers
- 200 Squat Presses
Justice: Jack Jack Webb — 1 Merkin: 1 Plank Jack: 1 Overhead Press (with brick) up to 5 of each
Kindness: Killer B’s — 10 4-count Bear Crawl, 10 Broad Jumps, 10 Burpees
Walk Humbly: ~ 30 yard distance of Alligator Crawl or Duck Walk
Mary: Dealer’s Choice — we had some time so Potsie suggested we do another round of Jack Jack Webb’s from 1 to 5; We then did various ab exercises.
We almost lost Klinger during the Greta routine to a kidney stone attack but it subsided and he was able to finish strong with us.

Potsie and Beaker went to Four Twelve for coffeeteria following the workout where they were joined by Thumper who pulled a starsky. We don’t frown on starskys; we may give them a some ribbing but certainly don’t discourage the 2nd F!
