The Thang:

Mosey to pavilion. hang for 30 seconds off rafters. 10 pull ups.

Mosey to playground for Swerkins and 10 air squats

Mosey to park benches for 10 Bulgarian split squats

Mosey to nearest tree. We did broad jumps from one tree to another tree. The amount of broad jumps it takes to get from one tree to another tree equals how many burpees you do. It took me 10 broad jumps to get to the other tree, so I did 10 Burpees.

Mosey to cinderblocks:

After anyone finishes their set, they do Al Gore to the six.

Squat with shoulder press for 20

Blockees for 10

Curls for 20

Calf raise off the curb in the parking lot for 30

Chest press for 20

Skull crushers for 10

Mosey to shovel flag, plank to the six.
