Level up 10 x Incline Merkins and 10 Merkins head under table
20 x IM and 20 Merkins head under table
10 x In and outs (gas pumpers). 10 x In and outs with V-ups. Next level: 20 x In and outs (gas pumpers). 20 x In and outs with V-ups.
10 Step ups. 10 x jump squats, 10 x jump ups with squats
Pull ups for 10, pull ups w right hand using the left as a guide- We didn’t do too well with these so we skipped this exercise.
Chin ups for 10.
Mosey to playground:
10 x Bonnie Blairs. Level up: 10 x Bonnie Blairs with a Burpee.
Mosey to swings: 10 x Swerkins (Merkins with feet on swings). 10 x tucks and 10 x shoulder taps (these didn’t work well so we skipped it).
Mosey back to parking lot for 6MoM.
