The THANG!
we Partnered up for a team challenge . One pax ran to the end of the parking lot while the other pax performed the exercise called out by the Q. Each pax would take over the exercise, This would continue until the given number amount of the exercise was completed.
1. 50-Burpee’s, 2. 100- Monkey Humpers 3. 200- Murkins 4. 250- Big Boy Sit ups, 5. 300- Lunges. This took most of the workout time. I had to leave the workout early so Dial up took over and finished with Mary. Finished with CountOramma, NameOramma, and COT. Great Job men. Thanks for showing up.
