March Madness has just kicked off so we had a beatdown inspired by the tournament. More rain than expected but we modified and it worked out pretty well.
Warmed up with 20 SSH, 20 Plank Jacks, Bat wings and Worlds greatest stretch.
The Thang: March Madness 6 rounds of work
Round 1 – Round of 64 – 16 Merkins 1 suicide drill, 16 Squats 1 suicide drill. 2 times.
Round 2 – Round of 32 – 8 Burpees 8 step up (both sides) 16 sit-ups. Repeat but with 16 heels to heaven.
Round 3 – Sweet 16 – 16 curls and 16 shoulder press (with coupons) then backwards run around loop. 2 times.
Round 4 – Elite 8 – 8 bent rows (with coupon) and 8 Mike Tysons
Round 5 – Final 4 – 4 squares – 16 Bobby Hurleys, 16 Crab cakes, 16 Knee up jumps and 10 Sprawl/spin/jump. Repeat but lower reps 10, 10, 10 and 5.
Round 6 – championship – Dead hang until failure. Last one wins. Spoiler won!!
