Warm-o-rama.  A bit nippy, so an extended warm-up: neck rolls; trunk rolls; reach for the stars to swan dive; small arms circles; large arm circles; huggy bears; Abe Vigodas; shoulder taps; Peter Parkers; grass pickers; Merkins; mountain climbers.

The Thang:

PAX paired up and did 20 reps of each exercise.

  1. Squats/American Hammers IC.
  2. Bench press/LBCs.
  3. Rowing/Box cutters.
  4. Dead Lift/BBSUs.
  5. Curls/Flutter Kicks.
  6. Clean and press/V-Ups.

Mosey to pavilion.

Aiken legs: 20 squats; 20 step-ups each leg; 20 lunges each leg; 20 SSHs.  All done continuously without a break between different exercises.  Early finishers plank-jacks for the 6.
