Last “sunny” afternoon workout of the year. Next week will be off daylight savings. So we made the most of it with a workout emphasizing legs since I went hard on chest for out last workout.
Warm-a-rama: mosey down the trail and circle up for Arm Circles, Abe Vigoda, Toy Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Cobra, Calf Stretch, BSE, Fire Hydrants, Plank Jacks
The Thang
Mosey to the hill be the play ground
- Rampage: Bear Crawl up the hill; 10 Bobby Hurleys; Crawl Bear back down the hill; 10 Squats — Repeat
Mosey across the field to hill on the other side
- Quadraphilia: NUR up the hill; run back down — continue for 3 1/2 minutes
- Black Jack: 1 Merkin; run ~ 40 yards; 20 LBCs; run back — ladder to 20 Merkins and 1 LBC — lots of mumblechatter during this routine
- Lt Dan: 1 Squat: 2 Lunges — continue for ~ 40 yards
Mosey to bandstand
- 20 Tibialis Raise
- 20 Calf Raises
- 10 ATG (ass to the Grass) Split Squats x2 (switch legs)
- 10 Patrick Steps
Mary: 20-count each Wall Sit, Monkey Humpers, Crab Cakes
