Beautiful morning and short notice to Q. We came together with a basic workout plan and the group offered suggestions on exercises to fill it out.
Started with the F3 core principles and disclaimer. All said I.
Warmed up. Each PAX suggested a warmup exercise. The warmup included jogging in place, SSH, neck rolls, butt kickers, high knees, Ali’s, open/close gates, merkins and a round of howling gorillas.
The Thang:
The PAX moseyed to a pavilion for our first set of ladders. We did Pull Ups and Squats. 11 pull ups and 1 squat. 10 pull ups and 2 squats. Rinse and repeat until we were at 1 pull up and 11 squats. Then moseyed to the playground for Dips and Underdogs. Time was running short so we did an Indian run back to the parking lot. We did a set of ladders for Curls and merkins. That is 66 reps of each exercise.
Running a little overtime we still fit in a round of Mary. COR, NOR, named the FNGs and ended in COT.
