Mild temps compared to Saturday. Initially three PAX posted but we were joined by Picasso and Pork Chop part way through the warm-a-rama as well as a showing of Pocahontas at the very end of the workout. He was unable to break free from work in time for the workout but was able to join us for dinner following.
Warm-a-rama: SSH, Arm Circles, Grass Pickers, Abe Vigoda, Imperial Walkers, BSE, Merkins, Calf Stretch, and a new move Myra showed us after picking it up from some chick in the gym. It was kinda like a reverse Crab Cake.

We had 15 minutes to kill so “coach” Myra suggested we run a lap around the park in preparation for the upcoming triathlon (which he isn’t going to be able to participate in)
One lap around the park = ~ 1/2 mile

COT: prayers for Picasso’s 2.0, prayers for Picasso’s upcoming wedding as well as Potsie’s 2.0’s engagement and wedding. Begin to plan for the Grill’s 5-year Manniversary. April 1st: workout at the Grill/through Hamburg, breakfast in the park followed by a hike to Pulpit Rock.
Four PAX (including Pocahontas) went out for dinner following the workout. Good felloship.
