Pocahontas showed up a little early and was talking to the local peace officer. The rest of the pax showed up, though Picasso showed up after the warm up. We found out later he was scarving down dinner. Too bad there was no merlot splash. It was gloomy and rainy so we were on the bandstand. We start with a warm up of Abe Vigodas, grass pickers, side lunges, toy soldiers, calf stretch, shoulder taps, and Best Stretch Ever.

The thang: 5 0n 5. 5 sets of 5 exercises each exercise in the set increases by 5 with cardio between each block. Sometime during the third or fourth set the local peace officer returned. He indicated that there had been a call made about kids causing a disturbance in the park! We were the kids. He smiled and allowed us to get back to disturbing the peace!
