The Thang — The Juarez Valley Method: this method of exercise was made famous from a prison workout at the Juarez Valley in Mexico. Basically it is like a double set of “Elevens” forward and backward simultaneously.
Set 1: 10 Merkins, Lunge walk to end of “prison cell” which was the bandstand, 1 Merkin; lunge walk back, 9 Merkins, ,lunge walk, 2 Merkins. Continue to decrease rep by one on one side and increase by one on the other side until we reach 1 Merkin and 10 Merkins for a total of 210 Merkins and ~ 100 Lunges
Set 2: 10 Dips, 5 Flutter Kicks (IC), 1 Dip, 5 Flutter Kicks (IC), 9 Dips, etc. for a total of 210 Dips and 100 Flutter Kicks
