For what may have been the first time in Grill history, someone named Dave was NOT in attendance at a workout. Shame on all of the Daves!
This beautiful morning consisted on a simple workout: jog, merkins, Mary.
3 of us took off for the bridge where we warmed up our shoulders and legs. Followed that with the first set: 25 merkins, 10 big boys.
Run a quarter mile down the path, set 2: 25 merkins, 10 big boys. Teardrop caught up to us here.
Run a quarter mile to the shipping containers. Set 3: 25 merkins, 10 big boys.
Run a half mile, Set 4: 20 merkins, 10 V-ups (each set from this point forward was this same thing).
3.12 miles and 7 “sets” later we were back to the band stand. We concluded our workout with 5 minutes of Mary, name-a-roma and COT.
